Returns & The "Cool Sleep" Guarantee

At Kalmsilk, we don't just sell pajamas; we sell the promise of a better night’s rest. We understand that finding the right solution for hormonal heat and night sweats is a journey. That’s why we offer a returns policy that focuses on your physical relief, not just your purchase.


1. The 14-Night "Cool Sleep" Guarantee

We are so confident in the thermoregulating power of our 22-momme Mulberry Silk that we want you to actually sleep in it.

  • The Trial: Your first purchase of a Kalmsilk Sleep Set or Robe comes with a 14-Night Cool Sleep Guarantee.

  • How it works: Use the product for up to 14 nights. If you do not experience a measurable improvement in your sleep temperature or a reduction in "wet-wake" incidents, you can return it for a full refund.

  • Condition: We ask that you wash the product according to our care instructions before returning. We cannot accept returns on items that have been intentionally damaged or altered.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee applies only to your first order to allow you to test the efficacy of our silk risk-free.

2. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

For all subsequent orders, or for items you decided not to trial:

  • Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all Kalmsilk tags and original packaging intact.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear, items returned with signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or pet hair outside of the 14-night trial will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email help@kalmsilk.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If you are invoking the 14-Night Guarantee, we’d love to hear a quick note about your experience to help us improve.

  2. Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: For "Cool Sleep" returns and standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size to ensure the perfect, non-restrictive fit for airflow? We offer free size exchanges on all unworn/unwashed items within 30 days. Contact our team, and we will help you swap your set for the perfect fit.

6. Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on the "industrial-strength luxury" of our 22-momme silk. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a priority replacement at no cost to you.
