Shipping policy
At KomfyKid, we want your little one wrapped in gentle organic cotton as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Shipping — £3.99 Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days Available on all UK orders.
Express Shipping — £5.99 Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days Available on all UK orders.
Free Standard Shipping On all orders over £50.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing before dispatch.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout, and a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@komfykid.com.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KomfyKid is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us at hello@komfykid.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
All parcels are sent with tracking and will either be delivered to your door, posted through your letterbox, or left in a safe place as per your delivery instructions. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a local collection point.
DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier volume, weather conditions, or bank holiday periods. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch (standard) or 8 business days of dispatch (express), please contact us at hello@komfykid.com and we will investigate immediately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on bringing KomfyKid to families worldwide — follow us on Instagram @komfykid for updates on international shipping.
