1. Wellness & Health Disclaimer

While our products are engineered for thermoregulation and comfort during hormonal shifts (including perimenopause and menopause), Kalmsilk products are not medical devices.

  • Our "Biological Air Conditioning" terminology refers to the natural breathability and moisture-wicking properties of Grade 6A Mulberry Silk.

  • Information provided on this site is for educational purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

3. The 14-Night "Cool Sleep" Guarantee

We stand by the physiological benefits of our 22-momme silk. To qualify for our 14-night guarantee:

  • Trial Period: You have 14 nights from the date of delivery to sleep in and test the product.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a Silk Sleep Set or Robe.

  • Returns: If you do not experience improved sleep temperature, you may return the item for a full refund.

  • Condition: While we expect the product to be worn, it must be returned laundered and free of significant damage (rips, stains beyond normal use).

  • Process: Contact help@kalmsilk.com to initiate a "Cool Sleep" return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Standard Returns & Exchanges

For items not covered by the 14-Night Guarantee (e.g., additional sets, sale items):

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn outside of the specific 14-night trial protocol for first-time buyers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process orders within 8–12 business days.

  • Kalmsilk is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance for international orders.

  • Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, "Radiator Effect" educational graphics, thermal imagery, and the "Biological Air Conditioning" trademarked concepts, are the property of Kalmsilk. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Kalmsilk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to achieve specific medical sleep outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
